Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet London to Nice. References below to “we” or “us” mean Charter Jet One, acting for Private Jet London to Nice.
What a request contains
A request carries the details you enter: your name, email address and telephone number, together with the journey itself, meaning the airports, dates, number of guests, the type of trip, any transfer you ask for and your notes. Alongside them we keep the address of the page you arrived from and any campaign labels in your link, for instance utm_source.
Card details, passport scans and similar documents are never requested through this website.
Why we hold it
- To prepare your quote, which means checking aircraft, airports and transfers with the relevant operators.
- To arrange the journey once you choose to go ahead, including the passenger information the operator and airports require.
- To send occasional Riviera availability and offers, but only when you have ticked the box for them. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
Who it is shared with
The operating carrier receives the journey and passenger details needed to quote and fly it, and any helicopter or car company you ask us to book receives what it needs for the transfer. Our technical providers, such as email delivery and secure hosting, process information on our instructions. Nobody receives more than their part requires, and your details are never sold or offered to advertisers.
How long it stays
Request details remain with us while your enquiry is open and, if you travel, for the period that tax, accounting and legal obligations require. Marketing consent remains in place until you withdraw it. Information we no longer need is erased or made anonymous.
Seeing, changing or removing it
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to put it right, or ask us to erase it. The simplest way is to answer any email we have sent you, or to explain what you need in the notes of a fresh quote request. We may first confirm your identity, and certain records must be retained where the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies other than any strictly necessary for the site to function, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Younger travellers
This website is aimed at adults arranging travel and does not knowingly gather information from anyone under 16. When children travel, the adult making the booking provides their details.
Safekeeping
Requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are open only to the people organising your journey.
Revisions to this notice
Any revision will be published on this page with a new date at the top. We will not apply a revision to information already collected without your agreement.
