Agreeing to these terms
This website is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker, under the name Private Jet London to Nice. Browsing the site or asking us for a quote means you accept the terms set out here.
Our role
Private Jet London to Nice is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. The carrier that will operate your flight is identified in your quote and in the charter agreement before you are committed to anything.
Estimates, not offers
Flight times, aircraft details, airport guidance and prices on this website are given as general estimates. Aircraft vary, airport rules change and prices depend on the date and the market, so nothing here should be read as an offer for a specific journey.
From quote to booking
- A quote commits neither you nor us. Your journey is booked only once you sign a charter agreement, which names the operating carrier and the aircraft.
- Every aircraft remains subject to the operator’s confirmation, and one shown in a quote may be taken by another client until your agreement has been signed and paid as it specifies.
- The operator decides matters of safety, weather, crew duty and rest, and airport restrictions, and the captain has final authority over every flight.
Taxes, charges and extras
Quotes are given in full for the journey as described, including the taxes and charges that apply to it, such as UK Air Passenger Duty, the US federal excise tax and segment fees on US domestic flights, and airport and handling charges. Anything that can only be known on the day, for example de-icing, additional waiting or a change of route at your request, is explained in the quote or agreement and charged as it sets out.
Changing or cancelling
Changes and cancellations follow the charter agreement for your journey, including any charges and the deadlines that apply. Empty-leg flights depend on another client’s itinerary and may be retimed or cancelled if it changes; the agreement explains what then happens.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information for the journey and every guest, ensure that each traveller carries the passport, visas and health documents required, and observe the operator’s rules on luggage, animals, restricted items and conduct on board.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss connected with this website, nor for the acts or omissions of operators, airports or other third parties. For any booking, our total liability will not exceed the sum you paid us for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using this website
You are welcome to use this site to plan and request private flights for yourself, your family or your business. Please do not misuse or disrupt it, or submit requests on someone else’s behalf without their consent. The text, design and photography here may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the courts with jurisdiction there will decide any dispute, save where the law of the country in which you live gives you rights that cannot be set aside.
Revisions
We may revise these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. The terms in force when your charter agreement is signed govern that booking.
